Signature dish quiz.
Signature dish quiz.
Only 5/7 for me, should have done better.

Re: Signature dish quiz.
5/7 here, but only because I followed your link to Blumenthal's restaurant the other day and read all the menus!

I got 0 because I didn't
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.

4/7 but that was all guess work. Never heard of any of them or that. An certainly never heard of "meat glue".
Re: Signature dish quiz.

I got 1 because I answered Blumenthal to all questions. This involved some squinting but I'm pretty sure that (2) was Blumenthal throughout

Re: Signature dish quiz.
I thought this thread was going to have a quiz on autographed plates.
I have an Elvis plate so I'm sure I would have gotten at least one correct.

Ha!
You're trying to discredit the authenticity of my plate based on a technicality.
The folks at the souvenir shop across the street from Graceland assured me that Elvis signed it when he was still alive.

My wife and I were watching TV back in the States a few years ago and suddenly Yul Brynner popped up in a public service announcement warning against tobacco use
"Oh" said my wife brightly, "He must have made that ad before he died"
