Gloucestershire Police have released footage of an altercation involving a cyclist and a pedestrian as they appeal for those involved and any witnesses to come forward.
The incident is believed to have happened at around 12.25pm on Saturday January 28 on the B4425 at Ampney Coln near Bibury.
On this day a woman called Gloucestershire Police to report that she had been assaulted by a cyclist who had been holding up traffic.
Officers have made a number of enquiries to locate this woman but it appears that the contact details she gave were incorrect.
As part of their enquiries officers seized footage that had been posted on Youtube that is believed to be connected to the same incident.
The footage shows a man cycling along a road when he is approached by a woman on foot who pushes him; they then get into an altercation.
Investigating officers have been working to identify the individuals, but to no avail. They are now turning to the public for their help.
The individuals captured on the film, or anyone who witnessed the incident, are asked to contact Gloucestershire Police on 101, quoting incident number 187 of January 28.

Otherwise, the woman looks like an outrageous cunt. There was plenty of room to get by the cyclist on the right and no oncoming traffic. What's her problem? Meanwhile she's attacking him and he's just trying to keep her at arm's length.
If it's real, that bitch is damaged.

Some people suspect she is an anti-hunt supporter, and the guy on the bike was obstructing vehicles from hunt sabbing.
I don't agree that there was much room to pass though, having scared the life out of Hen on that sort of country lane, I'm sure she'd agree.

Watch the video again. He leans into her right when she comes alongside, he's bracing himself; he knows whats coming. And her pushing &c is weak and useless; play-fighting. If she was really mad and actually did have the element of surprise she'd easily knock him off his bike and off the road.
Filmed from the first car? Erm, no... that camera angle is from eye level [higher than driver level] and there is no windshield glass 'glare' between the filmer and the action.*
What about honking? In my country, most folks honk the horn to get you to move.
*Look at 'Dash cams' which are filmed from within the vehicle.
(Oh yea, and you can see your car's hood, when filming from within it)
U.K. police serious about cyclist ‘road rage’ incident but could the Video be a hoax?
New information has emerged about an attack on a cyclist on a country lane in Gloucestershire. The footage allegedly shows an anti-hunt protester confronting a hunt supporter on his bike. He was apparently stopping campaigners getting to a hunt.
It happened at Ampney Knowle near Bibury in January. Police released the footage and say they need help identifying the people involved. The are already following up several calls since the footage was released. The footage was taken by another driver.
Edited to add;

According to the video posted to the site on 17 April – it’s unclear if this is the specific clip that prompted the police appeal – the cyclist in question is a hunt supporter, deliberately riding slowly in the middle of the road to prevent a car containing hunt monitors from reaching the location where a hunt is taking place.
The video includes audio from the occupants of the car immediately following the cyclist, and it appears that he rode in this way for several minutes prior to the incident, along the way cycling past a passing place where, in ordinary circumstances, most cyclists pull over and let motor traffic past.
What the video does determine is that the woman who attempts to punch and kick the cyclist wasn’t in the first vehicle, whose occupants appear to be in radio contact with another person, and there’s no suggestion that she herself is known to them or indeed a hunt monitor.
These days it'd be recorded on a mobile phone Jim. He could have picked up his phone and started recording in 5 seconds.
No...
Look at it again...
We're supposed to believe somebody just happened to be video taping an old guy riding on his bicycle down a country lane when some chick in a stolen mime outfit just happens to show up out of the blue and bust ugly in his face...
Not buyin' it...
(Though I have to say, this did happen in the UK, where a cricket match is considered a form of riveting entertainment, so I suppose one has to allow for the possibility that watching an old guy riding a bicycle on a country lane might be considered a thrill-a-minute experience... )

There's no suggestion that she is not either.
Oh, and hunt sabs and hunt monitors are usually two different groupings.

Asshole holding up traffic for whatever reason, passing the turnout and refusing to yield to faster vehicles, needs the piss beat out of him better than she did.
