Cow, bull 'relations' shut down portion of Rt. 28 in Kittanning
KITTANNING, Pa. —
A cow and a bull somehow made it to a construction zone on Route 28 Friday.
State police said the animals were on the roadway near Route 66 in Kittanning having "relations."
Police said they were eventually able to coral the pair and took them back to a farm on Red Mill Road.
