There were several hundred people arrested...from what I've read, anyone who was caught doing any damage was not just processed and released, but is being held on serious charges until they can be brought before a judge, at which point they will only be released if they can make bail, which could be difficult for more than a few of them, particularly those from out of province.

One can only hope...at which point they will only be released if they can make bail, which could be difficult for more than a few of them, particularly those from out of province.
