In 1999, Kuntrell Jackson, then 14, and other boys were trying to rob a video store in the state of Arkansas when another boy shot and killed a clerk.

The Supreme Court The justices declined categorically to bar all mandatory life sentences for juveniles

Jackson was tried as an adult and convicted of capital murder. Under Arkansas law, he received a mandatory sentence of life imprisonment without parole.
I'm sure that he got called "Trelly" for short...

Jackson was walking through a housing project in Arkansas with two older boys in 1999 when they started talking about holding up a video store. When they arrived at the store, the other boys went in, but Jackson stayed outside by the door, his lawyers said. One of the older boys fatally shot the clerk before all three fled. Prosecutors said Jackson knew one of the other boys had a shotgun, and that Jackson was inside the shop at the time of the shooting, telling the clerk: "We ain't playin'."
Predicate felonies

The following crimes when causing death automatically qualify the perpetrator for capital punishment in Arkansas:

Terrorism
Rape
Kidnapping
Vehicular piracy
Robbery or aggravated robbery
Residential or aggravated residential burglary
Commercial burglary
Felonies involving delivery of a controlled substance
Escape of the first degree
Arson

This is found in Arkansas Code, under capital punishment.[1]

They left off "stupid name"?
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

Doesn't cause death, just lifetime exposure to ridicule. Imagine the ridicule in prison!

Falls under the heading of felony stupid; baby momma and daddy are culpable.
For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring.
