If this were true, then you wouldn't have posted this with the title that you used.

The fact is that you used a loaded title to make it seem like there is more to this story than there actually is. You then claimed that other people insinuated that you were racist, and then never backed up those claims, and made your claims more vague as you were pressed for proof. You've been wriggling around ever since you created this thread, just making one excuse after the other.

So the conclusion is that you were outraged by something, and created this thread to try and gain some sympathy, which has massively backfired so far.

In teaching there is thinking called an attention getter that opens a teaching session; That is one of the purposes that my titles serves.

Using a poisoned title doesn't open anything. It in fact narrows discussion by focusing it on one aspect, in this case the accusation of racism by others instead of discussing the report itself.

No, they could not stop me if I insisted on joining, but it is intended as a site for African Americans so I feel as if I would be intruding if I joined. I could lie ,but I don’t do that; the handle I use makes it clear that I am white. I participate as a quest sometimes and I try to remember that I am a guest and act as such.
