LOL!! I know a couple of old boys down there who speak like that exactly.

Hen experienced it on her first UK trip from Derek (aka Del Boy,) a local farm labouror/lifeboatman

She was boggled by it, but I told her that she was lucky to have experienced, first hand, genuine Pirate speak/Cornish gibberish!

My brother speaks exactly like that.....I know its awful to say but everytime I speak to him I cringe!! He sounds thick as 2 short planks everything is done drekly and he calls me me ansum!!

Last time I went home they had finally succumbed to building a Mcdonalds in St. Awful....Now I have been in hundreds of Mcdonalds all over the world and the greeting is always the same..."Hi welcome to Mcdonalds what can i get you"......not so there....

"'ere whatdewant"!!! was the greeting.

I just about collapsed pissing myself much to my brother and mothers embarrassment. I couldn't speak to order...I collected myself managed to order with intermittent giggles only to crack up again at the end when I paid and she said "cheers me ansum"
