I'm wondering what record of physical assault, you were referring to then?

Re: Lo's Inquisition
Just to set the record straight, I have no recollection of reading any such thread on the CSB.loCAtek wrote:What do you call someone who keeps copies of your records?I keep tabs on her
[such as] the police record of physical assault* and recent incarceration![]()
*FWIW You guys already know about the incarceration; on CSB I wrote a Story Thread about it, which was in fact Work Furlough for a traffic violation, of highway trash pick up for a few days .
How long ago was this recent thread?
Bah!

Re: Lo's Inquisition
Hen, I do have a recollection of LoCa posting about that work furlough and mandatory trash pick up thing. Maybe it happened while you were away from the board.

In her first post she wrote this; Now, that thread was made on Dec 17, 2010, but I feel it's safe to assume that she's been lurking longer than that. After all, she's been dating my Ex for seven years. Also;Actually, while she has been trolling, I've been stalking! LOL!
... I was annoyed by her thread, "Are you dead yet?"

Well Jarl, I guess we're just going to have to agree to disagree...Oh, he is...but he's also a nasty, spiteful turd.
As I said before, in more than 12 years I've seen zero evidence of the man's intelligence, and almost no evidence of the man's education beyond an extremely narrow band of arcane subject matter.... and a virtual Mount Everest of evidence that argues the contrary....
In fact it has gotten to the point that I long ago ceased to be surprised when the man reveals something new about how incredibly little he knows.

Re: Lo's Inquisition
Summer of '09 [The Year that Sucked], was when I lost my car; which in fact, was why I was sentenced to do Work Furlough.
Due to my being poor, and being so before it was cool; regardless that that was due to my Ex stealing my life's savings; I couldn't pay: registration, insurance fees, repairs, nor full gas tank refueling on my automobile. (As well as; I couldn't pay home phone, internet nor cable television, etc., on my divorced/layed-off-assed income, during a record breaking recession ...but, I digress.)
Caught with expired tags and a suspending drivers license, yet determined to live da vida loca*; the arresting officer politely but firmly explained, he could take my car, or send me to jail.
I replied, 'Take the car!' ...as I had to be at large, in order to earn the daily pittance, by being employed at Home Dept, that kept me from being completely homeless.
Thus so, afterwards I pedaled to the San Jose Public Works HQ, on a bicycle; in order to fulfil my legal obligations resulting from the Ex's larceny. That's how my particiaption in the VTA Valley [Pubic] Transport Authority System, here in the Silicon Valley, Work Furlough Program began.
*I was going to the gym/kickboxing, when I was apprehended.
