I know one time back when I was an admin, we had to "unset" the pm notifications then reset the same. I don't remember the reason other than the new software needed to be "fixed" with the settings. That is, the defaults didn't change unless they were changed. If that makes sense.

I think I may have a solution! (And it's my fault...)

I haven't checked that email address for some time, as I've lost the password....

Maybe it's full up, and is no longer responding.

Bad bad boy.

But I am not sure how having a full in-box would prevent the out-box from working. And anyway, the limit for gmail is astonishingly high. You would have to have hundreds of emails on a daily basis to fill it. Neglect and non-use however, might be a different issue. . .

Just for the record, I have stopped getting email notifications of PMs, too. I thought it was because my firm had converted to a new mail system, but apparently not.
GAH!

I've stopped getting PMs all together, well almost I prolly average about 2 a year...
