Forget about me, did ya? :)
Nope, I must've missed that... :D

Or Gob did... I'm not sure any more...
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?

What happened to that model of the Enterprise? Did it get too near to a heating vent, or was it a design of a later show?

...warp speed. Duh!
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

Thats my cuddly Enterprise which my son got me for my birthday  if you squeeze it the lights come on and it makes photon torpedo sounds

My models, and equipment (phasers, tricorder, communicators etc.) are still boxed up in the garage, as I haven't decided where they are going to go yet, if I put them on display in here on the book shelves then I'll have to dust the buggers and theres a LOT of them, plus I have limited shelf room and need what I have for the rest of my books, however eventually the big cd display unit will be coming down and more wall shelves going up at which time the entire top shelf will be for the starships & kit as I wont notice them getting dusty up there :ok I've also got a load more autograph photos and collectors plates to go on the wall which I'll get round to eventually as we start emptying the boxes in the garage and I can find them lol

Damn. Just...damn.

Of course, I'm mostly just a different kind of geek. Instead of Star Trek stuff, I have signed first-editions of Salvatore's books.

I also have several original AD&D books signed by Gary Gygax. :)

RB: Third pic, lower shelf on the left: is that large paperback Peter David's Tales From The Captain's Table? Any New Frontier stuff?

Yup tis indeed Tales from the Captains Table - well spotted, I also have most of the individual books as the omnibus came out after the series was published and was the only way I could get the final one. Same shelf on the far right which you can't really make out in the pic as its in shadow is the start of the New Frontier series though not complete in paperback as once I got my kindle I started downloading them in ebook format. Personally New Frontier would have been my choice for rebooting the franchise rather than the alt universe TOS option they went with.

Just in case people think I am just a Trekkie geek, thats only one of the shelves in the office, the other one holds my Stargate Collection, along with my original series Battlestar Galactica stuff, Firefly, V, Blakes Seven, Space 1999 and of course Babylon 5 alongside my apocalypse fiction and generic sci fi books.

As my son said when he saw the office for the first time last week its my own geek paradise in here lol

No, tbh I wasn't all that fussed on "tales" and the reviews seemed a bit mixed on that one, when it first came out it was expensive so I held off getting it, mind you I've just seen it verrrry cheap on Amazon so may get it, though I need to first check if its in the rather large collection of Trek ebooks I downloaded a while ago, no point getting it if I already have it lol

The mask worn by Michael Meyers (Halloween) was a James Kirk (William Shatner) mask...
Sometimes it seems as though one has to cross the line just to figger out where it is
