In the last couple of weeks i have noticed when I log on to the board and it lets me know whos online that there always seems to be someone "hidden".

I don't get it...why would you "hide"...who gives a shit if your here or not?

LJ explained somewhere that he does it so he doesn't appear to be on the board 24/7 (even though we all know that he is...).

Everyone else does it because they're complete bastards! ;)
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?

Sean is partially right...

As I explained, I have three computers that are on pretty much 24/7, and when I reboot I always save the browser settings; so consequently, it looks like I me here when I'm really not...

I decided to change my status to "hidden" because I was getting PMs from people who thought I was online to answer them when I wasn't. I thought using "hidden" would make it less confusing....
