I would never advocate banning or otherwise forcing somebody off the CSB but I would not shed many tears if both her and Steve left. I do feel however that without the drag factor of those two Editec could become a worthwhile member once again.

I would hate to think that this place would fold up and go out of business; for one thing we have no guarantee that the "new and improved CSB" will genuinely embrace the "your board" concept...

It's only been up for a day...

On top of that there's been a very healthy "rhythm" to the participation here on "Plan B" that I would hate to see lost...

I think continuing Planb is an imperative. The management here seems far less vulnerable to the capricious intake of rum and the resulting issues of forgetting to pay the bills and having the lights turned off and then being unavailable for consultation months on end.

That kind of thing, plus I have come to think of this as home and the CSB as "the other place".

Steve chasing Gar around trying to get him to issue a public thank you to Gwen, the person who's behavior brought a whole new board into existence and caused a mass exodus from the CSB....

It would be difficult to imagine a single action that he could take that would be more destructive to his credibility than to follow Steve's suggestion...

But as anyone who has followed this may have noticed, Gar is completely ignoring Steve, which strikes me as exactly the right thing for him to do in this case...
