Why is every Bond movie "unlike any I've seen before"?

I can't think of any mor formulaic movie series.
I don't know, this one could be different...

I've heard that in the newest flick, in an unexpected twist, Bond admits his long time gay relationship with Felix Leiter, they retire from the spy biz, get married and open an antique shop in Nantucket....

Well, that's what I've heard, anyway....

Really concerned that they still have no definitive answers as to what caused an explosion that flattened 2 houses and destroyed 80 more, to lesser and greater degrees, on the southeast side of Indy. Freaky.

Thought one of the folks said they had a faulty heater...

They still have no answer. It's a bizarre story, the house was in default, the residents had left for the night or whatever, Kaboom, falttens the house, flattens the neighbor's house and kills both who were inside.

I had to have my passport and birth certificate copied and certified at the US Consulate General in Johannesburg today -to do with getting my Social Security payments starting on Feb 3 2013.

Bloem to Johannesburg and back - 846 kilometers. (Granted I took a longer route home)
Cost of petrol: R900
Cost of tolls: R135
Cost of meals: R49.50
Departed 5:15 a.m.
Returned 4:00 p.m.

Time spent at Consulate: 8 minutes !!!!

Still a good exchange when the alternative was to mail originals to the UK office of the DHSS and hope to get them back again one day

Somebody should tell the folks at the US Consulate about this new fangled internet thingy....

I hear tell it's now possible to scan documents, attach them and send them by something called "email".

Not only that, they say you can fill out any forms you need, and even pay any fees, all "online"....

You might think that but they do want to see originals - not photocopies. The purpose is to make sure that I am really me and really here - and not some clever dick phoning them in London and getting money sent to a bank in SA. Now my wife didn't have to do any of that - but she's a natural born citizen and I'm not.

This is not a random thought.

This isn't either.

But this might be . . .

It's as good a place as any!
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?
