it s being reported that phillipine security officers are required to wear adult diapers while on duty during pope francis' visit, so they won t have to leave their posts.
worshippers, priests and nuns are also encouraged to wear diapers as there is a shortage of porta potties...

I believe more than a few New Years Eve revelours in Times Square were outfitted with diapers.
