Did you take into account that the book the Delores Umbridge character appears in —
HP + Order of the Phoenix — was published in 2003, 3+ years
after Hillary had left the White House (and was just the junior senator from NY) and some 6 years
before she accepted the position of Secretary of State in President Obama's cabinet? That makes the Dolores Umbridge = Hillary Clinton connection tenuous at best.
