While I've never been in that situation, I wouldn't take advantage of a woman who was drunk or otherwise chemically impaired. If she won't agree to sex sober, I'm not going there. And I believed that even before the #me-too movement. I believed it when I was a 21 year old sailor in bars where everyone except myself was usually quite drunk. Alcohol is a great inhibition lifter but it leads to regret.
