We both seemed to understand that we were in a thunderstorm. And lightning strikes and heavy down pour all day aside; fun was had by all.

Because. That is the Nature of Life. At least with nature and the cycle of Life One can know what to expect with some degree of certainty. Everybody knows their place in the food chain. My mum feeds many parrots and finches. But for some strange reason gets REALLY shitty when a bird of prey comes through and eats the over-fed parrots and finches.

I have told her that if she doesn't want the birds of prey, she needs to stop feeding the parrots and finches.
